THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE SERVICE!! This has been a nightmare trying to get my appliances fixed.. it took 3 months to get my over the range microwave fixed and than you put a part on that will work on microwave but the light underneath doesn’t work. Just very shabby job! The service use to be so much better but now it’s terrible!

Technician was very good and knowledgeable. The customer service was the worst I have ever had though. Scheduled and canceled four times, two months without a refrigerator is unacceptable.

This guy lied to me three times. The first time, he said he called and no one answered and he didn’t want to come to an empty home. Later, he said he came by, but no one was home. I was home all day waiting. He didn’t show or call. The second time, I received an email saying, rate your technician. How can I rate someone that never showed ??Once again, he said he showed up, but no one was home. I was home all day. He never showed or called. The last time, he claim the road was busy and he couldn’t get to my place. That’s another lie. My road is never busy. Even if so, why not call??? Then I received an email saying, technician has arrived. He must have went to the wrong address because he didn’t come to my place!!! I was home all day and never received a call and the technician never came by. Needless to say, my washer is still broken!!!
