On the map, it's got a pin on a building that has been torn down for a very long time. There's just grass growing in that spot. Maybe Google needs to move their pin?

We have had a Sears home warranty for over 30 years. This last year we experienced extreme difficulty in getting service calls. Our appointments have been canceled 3 times in the last 2 months. ( repairman not available) We waited and took time off work for no shows. The tele-conferences are a joke. After waiting the alloted time nobody calls. Our refrigerator has broke down 4 times in the last 9 months. We lost food each time, and had to rent a refrigerator for up to 4 weeks each time. ( LOST FOOD AND RENTALS ARE NOT COVERED) before a repairman would finally arrive and put in the wrong part. Please look online. Sears has been taken to court for breach of thier home warranty. The warranty SUPPOSEDLY covers repairs. If they can't fix it they are suppose to replace it. I believe this refrigerator is a lemon and should be replaced. A&E came out yesterday ( the 4th attempt to repair same fridge in 9 months) and installed parts in the refrigerator. This morning the fridge is warm and displays a code in the door. This is the 4th time parts have been replaced in the last 9 months. They cannot fix it! We are fed up and ready to call the local news to report them. Anyone having similar difficulties should report this! Im gathering information to report to the B.B.B. and local news. If your having similar problems please leave a comment and take action. I had three appointments cancelled the day of and the soonest reschedule date was a week out each time. With only Ai to work with it was beyond highly frustrating. I ended up just buying a new appliance elsewhere. Zero stars if that was an option.

The washer is not working, not filling up with water, not spinning just not washing clothes. Needs to return to fix washer correctly.

Never showed after two cancellations , then I get a text to rate the technician. Called the office and the give me a bullshit answer they they don't service that brand. he never entered the building never looked at anything. They suck , they give you a window of 7am to 4 pm so 3 days wasted. 4/15/2025 They sent me an email to call , it was the same run around, you think it would be a direct number to a dedicated rep- not.

Horrible, horrible service

my fridge was not repaired. thoroughly unhappy. what's worse.. the sears site does not allow me to rate the technician or leave a note. it loads and then forwards me to this. totally unsatisfied. will never use sears again

Terrible. My fridge was not repaired. They were "unable" to send the repair person back that day. Will never use Sears again Called and lodged a "dispute". They came, charged me 457$ for a repair that didn't work. When they did come back, they wanted an additional 904$ (including labor which they said I wouldn't be charged for) and one of the parts they wanted me to order was the same as I'd already ordered for the previous repair attempt (that didn't work). Again... never using sears again I do not accept your apology. Again, I will never use sears again. I'll never buy a sears product, I'll never use your "repair" service. Your company is the worst. I am sure you deserve every low review, and any positive review must be untrue.

If I could give a zero I would. Waiting for parts since May and no communication from sears. No call from technician as to arrival time. I also did not make this appointment. One part never delivered yet the repair tech on two visits, no show on one and never entered house on other but indicated he repaired dishwasher. No show and no parts. Not sure how a repair happened. Both times tech was Jordan.
