Bryon was great.

Bryon was great. Sears system is broken. A 7am to 4pm window is pathetic. I already was cancelled on Thursday after waiting until almost 5 pm and getting a text that said I have been rescheduled for Monday. Bryon was good enough to take the call because the scheduled repairman couldn't be here. I understand there are shortages of people but at least be more communicative.

He know exactly what is needed for the repair. In fact, he may be the person that will be the reason that I renew my service agreement, which at this time is questionable.
