Arrived very early and didn't disrupt my entire day. Technician knew exactly what was wrong once I turned the AC unit on, and had parts with him. Solved the issue immediately. Fantastic, courteous service.Thank you Sears!

This was the worse experience in my 10 yrs. The AI rep didn't schedule my appt right. I've been rescheduled 2 times. The Technician hurried the appt & didn't service my Frige completely. One appliance was not on the service order, the tech said he couldn't help me & that he couldn't call in. My appt today got rescheduled out for 2wks. Called Sears got NO help. I talked with 3 people, no one seemed to care that this is costing me time from my Job. Sears maintenance prices are too high for BAD service - my trust in renewal is questionable My blood pressure numbers are High. Ms. FRUSTRATED
