Dishwasher stopped working 04/03-called AHS that I needed a part replaced that arrived at later date. A supply line was also required, I purchased separately. Another appliance person came to install but explained he was unable to shut-off water. In the interim water started leaking from the shut-off. A plumber came and tightened screw at shut-off and leak stopped. Appliance repair came and Explained bad valve behind shut-off prevented stopping the water connected to dishwasher and shut-off needed to be replaced. I called AHS and explained. I needed to call the next day for a re-call to be issued. On Sunday the plumbing company called and aplumber came the next day and installed shutoff . Applice tech arrived today, installed part and started dish washer to run.
