Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Waited almost a month, was sent at least a dozen reminders, each of which i responded to, and they were a no show. Tried to call, got a button pushing nightmare. Tried to chat and they refused to recognize the number to which they sent those constant reminders, saying there was no such mumber in their files. Tried to enter vlsim # and it kept kicking me out.

Well, we waited nine days to get our air conditioner serviced / fixed and the Tech called the morning of and said he can’t work on units on roofs. Not the techs fault, he was apologetic and professional, but it would have been good to know this policy before we waited so long so we could get someone else.

Spoke too soon, first day worked but now on the 2nd day it doesn’t. And spent so much time on phone trying to get real person from sears. Finally they said something was set up and would receive email and text, I did not. Took day off, lost money, so much time, paid 316 dollars for 15 minutes of time and a 40 dollar part and after all that, still doesn’t work. I hope someone calls to fix this

Why are you sending me this? He didn't do any work because nobody on your end told him it was a stack washer. How can I talk to someone live? Your company is horrible. I have had nothing but problems. It is very annoying as there appears to be no communication. I need techs here April 1.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! VERY POOR SERVICE. Repair technician did not fix the freezer. Called the company back the same day, they rescheduled for a week later. Service technician didn’t show up. Rescheduled again for another week later, service technician didn’t show up again. Called to complain and was forwarded to a foreign country answering center. That person had poor communication skills. No help at all. Then they tried to up sell other services. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is the WORST repair company ever. Don't trust them. Terrible customer satisfaction. Will make you lose days at home waiting for them promising times they will show up.
