Excellent diagnostician! 1st tech that came to our house, looked at the refrigerator and said it's a plumbing issue. Spent money getting a plumber who checked everything and said it's the refrigerator. Calked Sesrs back and Marvin came. He promptly diagnosed the issue as a pump issue, ordered the replacement part and when the ort came, Marvin returned and completed the repair. As I said at the beginning of this review he was exceptional and I couldn't say anything better.

The tech, Marvin, was great. He was thorough, kind and polite, but i went through hell to get the service. I will never get a Sesrs maintenance plan again.
