I was surprised at how fast Sears was able to send out a repair person so quickly. I called yesterday about the problem I was having with my Refrigerator and the problem was fixed today. Repair person was professional, respectful and knowledgeable on fixing the problem.

Michael T arrived on time and did a professional repair job. I would recommend him without question. Sears Appliance Repair's policy of making the home owner get rid of the defective parts and boxes the new parts came in needs some review where Senior Citizens are concerned, especially where the part(s) are very heavy or have sharp edges.
