My technician who came to do the repair was awesome!!! Would recommend his services to anyone!! Sears home services customer service…. SUCKS!!! My dryer has been broken for 3 months and they have had to reschedule me 4 TIMES due to miscommunication issues on their end.

First Tech Jordan showed up for my oven repair without calling as our confirmation stated he would call. Refused to do anything until we paid the $85 and called my husband "Dude". Barely looked at the issue and said he thinks we need a part. Could not reach Choice Warranty so he left and closed order. We called Choice Warranty to reopen and assign a different tech. Second Tech Warren called before arrival and was AWESOME! Took care of getting the part needed within 30 minutes and fixed my oven! Warren was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. He completed the service in a short time frame and was very nice!

Jordan was pretty much on time, did a great job in repairing our dishwasher. He made sure to get us in for we have been waiting severa weeks to get the parts. He is friendly and pleasant to speak with.
