Very friendly and straightforward. Unfortunately for our situation, parts and labor are only a little less than total replacement. So I would say the diagnostic fee ended up being well worth it, to know our options.

Unfortunately American Home Shield sent him. But he was so nice. Wasn’t upset about it at all. I really liked him. Just wish he didn’t have to waste his time on me.
