Today technician Andrew came out. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. He checked everything, found the problem and was able to resolve it due to his technical knowledge and skills. What a great tech!!!

My Sears repair man was wonderful It did take a little bit to get to that part though. I had to redial several times to get someone to schedule the appointment then a lady answered who accent I would not understand and she could not understand me. All she seemed to be interested in it selling me whole house insurance that I did not want. Anyway long story short Marvin fixed my frig and we are back in business again. Thank you Marvin! You were the best part of my experience :)
