Gregory Hammond was polite, personable & knowledgeable. He assessed the problem & even though it was a simple fix & didn't require any parts, he took time to teach me how to clean the bottom vent & use the ventless dryer. He's a real asset to your company. Should I ever need to call again I would like to request Gregory again even if it means I have to wait ✋️
