Ozie was on time and professional. He answered my questions and got my refrigerator repaired. He boxed up the old parts and made it easy for me to dispose of them. Great experience. My answers to the pricing are flawed because I have AHS and only pay a deductible. While Ozie was great, the booking process needs help. You can't get an actual person and I finally hung up in frustration. Had my appointment set for Saturday and got a text on Thursday or Friday that it had been cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday. I have a flexible job but most people do not and would have been beck in that ridiculous automated system again! Please work on that!!
