Unfortunately American Home Shield sent him. But he was so nice. Wasn’t upset about it at all. I really liked him. Just wish he didn’t have to waste his time on me.

The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. My appliance was at the end of its life span and the technician showed me the cost to repair vs replacement. I will be replacing.
