Marvin is very personable, explains the process and dedicated to his craft. Dissatisfied with the A1 process unable to get correct info, to ask question not on menu and then it loops back then event hanging up on you. I will probably not renew my maintenance agreements in the future. Very dissapointed.

Brian was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and advise what it would take to fix my washing machine, which in turn helped me make a decision on how to move forward. He was also very respectful and friendly. Overall a great experience.
