Good technician. Very good, friendly service. HOWEVER! The procedure to get service was horrible. There is an obvious breakdown in the link between the AI desk and the technician. I had 3 dates assigned to get my dryer fixed. Waited 9 hrs each of those dates (27 hrs) no one arrived no text, no phone calls. Finally, got through to a live body (no AI involved), got a schedule, received about 8 text messages prior to and on the work date. Tech showed in the window, fixed dryer, and gone. Bottom line..AI ain't workin'.
