Ozie was great! My issue is with the customer care system. Dealing with the AI "people " was ridiculous. I needed to talk to actual people to try to give my concerns about the service.

My technician was smart, fast and pleasant. No complaints about him. The process to access anyone in customer support was atrocious and I will not utilize Sears for service ever again.
