It shuts, but now it doesn't stay open. So I am going to have to call and have them come back out!! And get up at 6 am because they could be here for 7am until 4pm.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Three canceled appointments. Each appointment canceled after making me wait 5 to 6 hours each time with no reason given. Just an AI text. No one to speak with to accept accountability. Twice b4 the cancelations had two incompetent techs show up but still fridge not repaired. After 2 months of this Sears nightmare told Frigidaire they need to find another company to perform their warranty work. Whatever you do, do not buy a warranty program with Sears. Might as well throw your money away. Is it any wonder why Sears failed as a company. Nothing has changed.

I have been without a washer and dryer for two weeks now Zane has been out I believe three times trying to fix something and as of right now still nothing works. Not really sure what to do next

After 3 weeks, a last minute cancelation of my appointment without explanation, 2 different technicians at 2 separate times, I was told to call Samsung because they couldn't fix it.

This whole experience has been horrible. This place and warranty is a scam. They will push back and cancel your appointments all the time with zero care for your schedule. Can’t talk to anyone live because it’s all AI. In the end my washer was never fixed. I paid for this warranty and never got anything done. 3 months of canceled appointments. After reading reviews this is common. They respond to comments with a phone number to call that’s only AI and say it’s not the customer service they aim to offer. JOKES! I want to add an edit from 3–5 26. I have reached out to the company Transformco through email. This is the company that employs the technicians that are constantly canceling everybody’s appointments. However, this company refuses to take any responsibility for this. I have attached the last email that they sent me. I have tried to follow up with them, letting them know that they are responsible for their technicians and that the actual insurance company of assuranant cannot reach them either. I still have not received an email back. I think it’s time for a class action lawsuit against this company. Too many people are given the runaround. Too many people are taking time off work to be at home for an 18 or older person only for appointments to be canceled 8+ times.

Wasn't very happy after all.The man was I think flirting with me telling me did anyone ever tell you you have such pretty hands It doesn't seem like the refrigerator is cooling much better or the freezer

Not sure why I paid anything as we received no service. Technician determined the compressor was shot without any testing at all. Seems this Company's whole agenda was to sell appliance insurance. This was my first and LAST time using this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There is no way for a customer to speak to an actual person, only an AI answering line, which is incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. The parts required to fix our dryer were on back order for close to a month, and when we finally got them delivered, it took Sears over two weeks to get a technician to install them. This included an appointment they cancelled day of with no explanation. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. The customer service and lack of communication was abysmal.
