One of the worst services I've ever had provided. The tech literally wasn't even at my home longer than 5 mins. He wasnt very pleasant and didn't give me any sort of explanation or anything. Would not recommend at all.

I can't emphasize enough DO NOT trust this company, or any of the technicians they contract with. I had a technician by the name of Andrew F. who came to my house to service my ac unit which was working fine. All that needed to be done was to check the levels before the summer season began. However, he was completely incompetent, and poured too much refrigerant in my unit. Instead of extracting the refrigerant he decided to leave it that way. I even asked him if this was going to be a problem. He stated no. Well, just a month later I get my electric bill and it's for 500 dollars. The month previous it was only 150 dollars. That was sign number one something wasn't right. Just a few days later my ac unit stops working altogether. Because Andrew was too lazy to extract the extra refrigerant he poured in my unit it caused too much pressure which blew my compressor, the valves, the seals, and mostly likely my A-coil. I try calling the company and the only thing I can converse with is a robot named Samantha. There is literally not one human being that you can talk to should a problem arise. So, I set up another appointment with Samantha the robot. I wait almost twenty days for this appointment in the sweltering heat of a 110 degrees. Then the man is a no call no show for the appointment. I call Samantha the robot to set up another appointment. I wait another two weeks for someone to come look at my ac unit. In rolls a man named Timothy. I explain the situation to Timothy. He knew the technician that had previously come to service my unit. He opens my unit to check the fluids and there was so much refrigerant it sprayed out like a tsunami onto my front lawn. I kept asking him questions which he refused to answer. Although, he did let me know that my compressor was blown. He walks to his truck writes up a false report stating my compressor blew due to too much dirt built up in the unit, which was a complete bold face lie!! He hooked up a tank of refrigerant and had to balance the levels which I already knew were to high based off of my previous appointment. Then drives off without even talking to me about the report. Im only left to assume that he was covering for the other technician he works with. I was later emailed that my claim was denied due to his false report. Unfortunately, Samantha the robot wasn't able to help me resolve this issue, nor do I even have any contact information to pursue this any further. So, now I'm out an ac unit and will have to replace the whole thing on my dime. Do not entrust this company or any of their technicians with your property. If I could give Timothy and Andrew zero stars I most certainly would. No integrity. Companies should be accountable for mistakes but Sears does not stand behind there work.

My wife was home. Technician was there maybe 20 minutes. Gave zero details to my wife. Next thing you know, he was gone! He literally didn't tell her anything at all and left without saying anything single word. So incredibly unprofessional.

Doug, the tech, showed up at 3:51pm in a 7am to 4pm window. He called less than a half hour prior to make us aware of his arrival. He did not have the tools to diagnose our AC issue and said since another HVAC tech had charged our system 3 days ago, that he thought we should wait and see how long the system would work. He also said the he had never seen Choice replace a unit. He recommended we tell Choice that we wanted to keep the original HVAC provider. He did not instill any confidence in Sears Home Services to perform any significant work.

LG REFRIGERATOR. Made appt., Marvin showed up but could not be curtained of the issue. Ordered new board, compressor, and dryer for $1200 dollars. After I recieved items, scheduled an appt. Between 7am and 4 pm. They no showed after I canceled 2 appt. I had that day. Rescheduled for next day 7am to 4pm and again a no show. They canceled the appt. Around 12:30 indicating that I Rescheduled which I did not. As you have seen with other reviews, you cannot get in contact with a real person. I still have $1200 in parts I have no idea how to return. BEWARE OR YOU WILL GET TANGLED IN THEIR WEB! LG REFRIGERATOR

This is the WORST not only did it take 6 cancelations after 5 they show up for 15 minutes and order a part. Then make appointments and cancel several more times. Not today they showed up and put in my part. The washer is leaking worse than before they ever fixed it!! DON’T waste your money!! The repairman even said there is no supervisor and they do what they want. Today he sat and didn’t nothing for 5 Hours while he was waiting for the others repairman to show up for a two person job!!! HORRIBLE!!
