Samsung electric dryer diagnostic visit
I have high praise for Justin and his service for our dryer. However, I was disappointed to learn that it would take another service call plus weeks of waiting for parts - not what I expected when I called someone to come make a repair. I also give Sears poor marks for communicating our special instructions regarding directions to our residence since they did not alert Justin. My warning to the original gal who took my service request, and also later when I posted special instructions to the website, never got to Justin.

Marty did a great job for us. Help us find solutions and when the initial solution was not enough, he helped us come up with another plan and worked to make sure that we had our service taken care of as quickly as possible. Meeting us with the urgency that we had for the repair as well. Would definitely recommend using Sears and Marty especially as your repair technician.

Stacey actually showed up!
After three weeks of scheduled appointments that resulted in no call, no show, this tech actually called, apologized and showed on time. Stacey = high five! Sears = do better! We can't even get you on the phone. American Home Shield had to beat you up a little to get it done.
