A month ago I had another company come out to try to service my washing machine that was leaking. The service tech came out looked at the machine didn't even touch it and told me that it was the heating pump and wanted to charge me $2000 to fix it the machine itself is cheaper than that. I refused because I knew it couldn't be that I called Sears and the gentleman came out today. he actually touched the machine unscrewed pieces, looked through the machine thoroughly and found the problem he fixed it and now my machine is working perfectly again thank you so much.

"Martin," the courteous and experienced Sears tech, was out promptly on the scheduled date of service 4/22, accurately diagnosed the problem but did not have required the repair parts with him and had to have them ordered. Parts arrived 4/24; Martin was back out here promptly 4/25 to quickly install the new parts. I was impressed with both his knowledge of the appliance and his efficiency in effecting repairs, as well as his overall "bedside manner."
