Washer was not sensing correct water level. Turns out it was a simple fix as grit had clogged up the cold water screen going into the washing machine.

The service repairman was excellent and completed everything in a timely matter. The biggest problem with Sears appliance repair is it is now almost totally AI and you receive multiple contacts either through email or AI phone calls. I received 33 emails and a dozen or so AI phone calls with no ability to modify or request services. I will never use this again but the repairman was excellent
