Stacy showed up today exactly at the time he said he would. He gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. Very nice gentleman and he did a wonderful job. I will be contacting Sears again for any of my appliance repair needs!!

He was early and very nice. Diagnosed our issue right away. Unfortunately the part to fix it is so high,we decided to get a new refrigerator.
