I called because we had received great service in the past. Our refrigerator quit on us. Signed up for warranty services and was given a service appointment for the next day. Then without a call the appointment was rescheduled for two weeks from now. Now if I call any number I only get robotic service and I cannot call a person. Very disappointed!

So far not a great experience. Second time to the house. Ordered enough parts to rebuild the ice maker. Still not fixed. No call back explaining the problem until this morning. Need to know what is going on. As well as a timeframe for repair. Ok, now we’re talking about a third repair call. Ice maker still not working. This is getting old!!!
