My Sears Service with Mr. Elisha C. was great. He checked my hot water line on the washer which there was no water coming out into the washer. He said that he thought the line was frozen, then he unhooked the hose line and checked it. Upon doing that he found that the line was clogged. He cleaned whatever was in there and it started working. Praise be to God. Would recommend that all technicians check everything before they leave.
