Thomas was wonderful, as was Elisa (sp?).They were so understanding to my situation. I appreciate their work ethic and kindness. They both went above and beyond. THEY exemplify true compassion and customer service and should be applauded. HOWEVER, your AI dudes suck. Richard and Samantha had me running in circles to schedule my appt to continue my repair (installing coils). None of the prompts were helpful, AND the fact that I couldn't speak to a human was ridiculous. THIS NEEDS ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY

HE WAS AWESOME! He completely broke down our dryer and check EVERYTHING to find out why it was not heating up. He found it. He was not here all day long either. Appreciated his work.
