The Sears Appliance Repair Technician Elijah was outstanding. He was very courteous and prompt in answering all my questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having and made a quick repair. He then suggested the Sears Protect home warranty and carefully and comprehensively explained the program and how much money I would save. Giving me all my options, Elijah is an incredible repair technician and an educator. So happy he was able to make a fast repair and save he a bundle of money.

We value the service Tom gas provided for several years on our craftsman riding lawnmower. He undoubtedly has added years of life to this mower. Does a thorough tune-up, explains, and answers my questions graciously. He is prompt, professional, yet friendly and personal to acknowledge repeat customers.
