Tech was good and friendly. Was supposed to be here at around 9 according to the email and text. Showed up at 1:30. I scheduled for our washer and dryer so I didn’t have to wait again. Tech only had order for the washer. Totally unacceptable. Same thing happened last year! 🤮💩🤬

Jim is outstanding. He let us know when he might be able to make it out on the day of the repair. However, the dishwasher is still not repaired & not working correctly. This is an ongoing repair that they have been out to repair several times, 7 or 8, I've lost count now. They've replaced several different parts, some several times. They've tried some aftermarket parts on a few of the repairs, that didn't fix the issues, so they ordered factory LG parts, thinking that may fix the issues, to no avail. Scheduling another service call now. Jim, Job well done!! All of the techs that have been out, have done outstanding work.
