Very friendly & informative technician. He took photos of how the interiors looked with lint, debris, etc and showed the after effects of cleaning. I appreciated that.

Rick was friendly and helpful in a bad situation. We were on our fourth appointment for warranty repair, and their was an obvious mixup on what parts were needed and whether they even could be found. Rick appears to have resolved the issue (we'll find out, the Sears folks were messing up everything else, and did not appear to know what was needed or or what was happening despite a thorough diagnosis from a previous technician).

Service technician was knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what was wrong with the dishwasher. Previous technicians from another company could not fix the problem. The technician was professional and courteous.
