Well the guy was nice and knew his job. He had left me a message that he was on his way, I wasn't looking for him cause my window was 8 to 12 but he didn't text me till 2 pm I was panicked thinking nobody was coming waited all day. He did a good job, but I had things I could have done. That's all.

Very professional and personable repairman. I’ve liked all the people who have come out; however, I really do NOT like that every contact with the company is automated. Sometimes you want to talk to a real person before the technician comes. 5 stars for the repair person; 0-1 for the company itself.
