Our Technician Chris H came out promptly, very down to earth and even gave my dog a pet to say hello so that my dog would be at ease, He gave us his honest opinion and we valued his input. He demonstrated superb customer service.We would definitely call Chris next time we need an appliance fixed.

The Sears Appliance Repair Technician Elijah was outstanding. He was very courteous and prompt in answering all my questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having and made a quick repair. He then suggested the Sears Protect home warranty and carefully and comprehensively explained the program and how much money I would save. Giving me all my options, Elijah is an incredible repair technician and an educator. So happy he was able to make a fast repair and save he a bundle of money.
