Chris was great! A++ employee! He communicated very professionally, was thorough in his work and cleaned up throughout the process. He did not complain when we found more issues with the fridge since the last visit, he just took care of it, very accountable.

Rescheduling appointment for both appliances on same day was a little time confusing online and by automated phone but service rep, Elisha, Tech ID 2212274 made it worth calling Sears. He was experienced and professional.

This technician took time to explain why LG needed to order the compressor. The first chap from A&E was in such a rush that a lot of time was lost waiting for repair to be done!
