Tom was very professional and knowledgeable about what was the problem with the snowblower after I explained that gas had been left in the snowblower for a long period of time. The snowblower was fixed quickly.

Sears repair service’s communication is great. The first tech diagnosed and ordered parts on the day they were expected and earlier than I thought. He was very nice and had cost to the penny for entire job. Another tech came back when parts came in. Jim was the tech and he repaired the frig. On time, curtious and very efficient. Great Job!!
