Came out fixed my problem with my dryer on the first visit and we're back up and running.

The technician was unable to help us with our dryer after waiting all day for him to come. His orders said it was a washer repair even after all the previous texts and communication clearly stated dryer. I’m disappointed that I’m back to square one and expected to call my extended warranty, again.

Service man was nice. However we are still having same problems; cleaning better but not perfect and isn’t drying. We like to request that he returns to home and fix. We sure would appreciate it.

The tech Elisha was fantastic but the communication from Sears regarding appointment window is less than desirable. My first appointment was missed on Monday - I waited all day and was told 2 different appt. times but no-one showed. Elisha called and showed up at scheduled time on 2nd appt on Wednesday - 5 stars for him!

Although they were prompt in getting here for the diagnosis the part that was ordered took over 2 weeks to arrive. The technician returned the next day & installed the part. It was apparently not the only issue & the correct control board was located locally. The technician picked that up and returned to install that part. Refrigerator is now back in service after 3 weeks.

The tech that you sent was not that good on front load washer. He mostly works on refrigerators. He got the job done. I will keep an eye on the washer for any other problems. Thank you

The technician that did the repair was great. How ever I was very upset that I sat there waiting for my appointment and they never showed until the next day. With no call or notification they wernt coming. Very unprofessional and no customer service you can call.
