Thomas was very friendly and kind. He knew what he was doing and actually listened to me. He quickly diagnosed my washer and came back today to finish the work! The Sears “Virtual Assistant” totally stinks. NOT user friendly!

I was notified first thing this morning when to expect Jim P. Then I was notified when he was on the way, and he did a great job adding the new seal for my freezer on my refrigerator. The last person that was supposed to come and put this new seal on September 19th, never showed up. I heard nothing from this person so I checked to see if there was a timeline that this person was supposed to be at my house. Then I found out that this person was supposed to be at my house at 7:44am. So, I had to reschedule for today and thank goodness that Jim P. takes pride in his job, and cares about the customers. He came and got the job done!! Thank you, Jim P, job well done!!

The repairman was very polite and respectful. If I ever need another repair done please send him again. He was in and out in record speed. He made sure my concerns about my stove were addressed and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. Thanks
