Elijah arrived on time and provided a courtesy call while en route. Elijah was very knowledgeable, worked very efficient, highly professional. He was able to fix the problem with ease. Job greatly done!

Jim is outstanding. He let us know when he might be able to make it out on the day of the repair. However, the dishwasher is still not repaired & not working correctly. This is an ongoing repair that they have been out to repair several times, 7 or 8, I've lost count now. They've replaced several different parts, some several times. They've tried some aftermarket parts on a few of the repairs, that didn't fix the issues, so they ordered factory LG parts, thinking that may fix the issues, to no avail. Scheduling another service call now. Jim, Job well done!! All of the techs that have been out, have done outstanding work.
