Very nice technician forgot to leave me a receipt of some kind but, machine is working for now. He reset my washing machine. The washing machine is working for now until the next glitch. I wish CHW Choice Home Warranty would replace this washing machine all together. I’m tired of paying service fees for the same machine.

Wham Baum, they removed the oven/microwave unit, replaced the magnetron, replaced the unit did the clean up in less than an hour . They even wished me a Merry Christmas!!!!!

The Sears Technician, Roger was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, professional, and very skilled in his line of work. I was very happy he fixed my dryer, and didn't take very long either. If I ever have an issue again, I would be very happy to work with him again! I'm so grateful!
