Very professional and personable repairman. I’ve liked all the people who have come out; however, I really do NOT like that every contact with the company is automated. Sometimes you want to talk to a real person before the technician comes. 5 stars for the repair person; 0-1 for the company itself.

Tom was great! All it took was 1 minute for him to diagnose the snowblower issue. He explained what likely had happened and showed me the issue. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to have Tom do any of my repairs.
