The technician Chingiz was very knowledgeable on my dishwasher model and got it running perfectly again. He not only replaced the problematic part that was throwing the error but also found another component part that also needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the service!!!

Samuel was great. Very friendly. So I am giving him 5 stars. As for the sears app to track his arrival time I would give a 1. It wasn’t working. Until after noon and when it finally was it was showing he would be at my home at 8:47am. Clearly this was incorrect. That was the frustrating part because I couldn’t leave my home since I had no idea when he would be arriving.
