Great job by our technician Elisha! He was quick but took the time to explain the problem and solution. He went the extra mile to suggest a different tub cleaning solution. My only suggestion is to add the ability to either talk/text to either the technician or dispatch the day of the repair. We needed to get a message to the technician and was unable, which wasted our time and yours.
