Chingiz was an Amazing technician. Polite and very professional, he immediately diagnosed the issue with our new GE Cafe microwave, ordered the parts, and returned a week later to finish the repair when parts arrived. While finishing the job, I mentioned that our garbage disposal was broken. He offered to take a look and fixed it in 2 minutes, saving me a plumber call. Wow! He is an ambassador for your company. Thank you again Chingiz!

After calling on Wednesday and setting my appointment for Friday, the Technician, Elishah, called Friday morning and arrived promptly. He explained the billing process in advance, had the part we needed and fixed it. Very professional and friendly.
