Chingiz was an Amazing technician. Polite and very professional, he immediately diagnosed the issue with our new GE Cafe microwave, ordered the parts, and returned a week later to finish the repair when parts arrived. While finishing the job, I mentioned that our garbage disposal was broken. He offered to take a look and fixed it in 2 minutes, saving me a plumber call. Wow! He is an ambassador for your company.
