The technician was very nice and pleasant. He installed the part and the water dispenser is working. But the ice maker is still not working. There's no water going to the ice maker.

the technician was extremely helpful and fixed the problem. He straightened out the blunders of the three previous technicians from Lee's Summit Appliance Repair, who said I needed a new dryer because the switch that was bad was unavailable. Turned out they had put it in backwards, didn't reconnect the wiring, and installed the heating element improperly. The Sears technician corrected everything using no additional parts in 30 minutes. My Samsung dryer is now operating perfectly.
