This was my first time using my home coverage insurance to send someone someone out to look at my washer. Overall my experience was great from start to finish. I was kept in contact by Sears with updates on my appointment, and was contacted for the make and model so that the tech arriving would be prepared. I was given a link to track when I would be next for my appointment which was greatly appreciated so I wasn’t stuck at home waiting all day. The tech that arrived found the issue and had the repair part on hand and fixed my washer in under 30 minutes. In fact the whole appointment was under 45 minutes. I wish I could find the name of the repair man that came out to given him a proper shoutout, he was great. I was impressed and grateful that my issue was resolved within the week and in under an hour!
