Bob was very helpful and gave me some me good tips on general maintenance.

My only complaint is the excessive number of times they contacted me regarding the appointment. For today’s appointment, I received six separate text messages. On the day of the appointment, and after a text message earlier, I received a telephone call with a recorded message, incorrectly reminding me of an appointment scheduled for tomorrow.

Sam is an outstanding person and knowledgeable technician. Thank you job well done.

Jim wasn’t able to fix my fridge (through no fault of his) but he was still very helpful and professional.
