The technician, Elisha, made a point to make sure he got here today to provide the service. He knew that I was on the schedule for earlier in the week and the technician did not come on that day. Elisha called earlier and then came when it was more convenient for me. He went the extra mile to provide good customer service. Thank you Elisha.
