Got my dishwasher fixed in a hour or so, but didn’t put the insulation back in after. Frustrating for them to not put my dishwasher back the way the found it. Also the automated call system is a nightmare.

Problem not solved. Technician was not knowledgeable in this kind of system and actually let refrigerant out of my system accidentally.

2 stars only do to the service tech. Sears wants to charge 400% on parts and 200 per hour. $500 job for a 60 dollar part and labor 30 mins total. or they'll reduce that cost for home warranty at $60 per month. ha no thanks! as it is its 129.00 for the diagnosis not a very good one at that. Think twice

Tom was Excellent!!! So this rating is NOT about him. However, you cannot depend on your schedule date or time. They don't call you to let you know they are not coming. The next thing you know you get a text saying there are dates you can choose from that are weeks away. I didn't have an oven during the entire holiday season because of that type of stuff. Please be aware before you sign up with them.

Things get repaired. Eventually. Twice it’s taken months and many rescheduled appt to get repairs done. One for fridge, one for a Range. Ridiculous.

Tech was good on 1st visit, had to order part (which came the next day) and wait 2 weeks for next appt. Tech was a no-show! Stayed home all day for my 8 -5 window for no reason. Had to wait another 2 weeks for next appt. Tech was good on 2nd visit. Not acceptable to have a no-show! Waited a month to get washer repaired!

I sent Pictures of the problem, sent pictures of the label with model and serial number, so why did he come out and charge me $119 to tell me he couldn't get the part??? This is rediculous!
