Not impressed at all with this company. First scheduled repair was cancelled the morning of the repair. The second scheduled appointment, they just didn’t show up. No notification at all that they weren’t coming. When the repairmen finally showed up to replace the heat pump of my washer/dryer combo, they left the old heat pump, which was large and heavy, on my front porch. They also did not balance my machine before leaving. It was so out of balance, it nearly walked out of the laundry room. Very poor customer service.

Would give 0 stars if possible. What an absolute joke. You literally cannot talk to a live person. I needed to ask a few questions before scheduling a repair, and nope you can only talk with a virtual agent to schedule. So, fine, I decided I would just go and talk to someone in person.....Nope. Their address is incorrect and when u go to that location its just the middle of the street. So much for using a local business to fix my oven

Stay away from this company,totally incompetent. Super slow service. No so by technicians on service say. Don't follow through on policy repairs and when they do you've waited months.
