Amazed by every step of this experience. Appt setup was easy, fast, generated messages and reminders with each step. Tech arrived on time, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly, I could not afford the repair - $680ish. A new, similar unit is $800 full price. Diagnosis price was fair.

Both technicians were professional and knowledgable. They did help me realize that the problem was not repairable due to EPA regulations affecting water usage.

Randy is great! He got right to the heart of the issue. It was a quick fix which of course nobody knows what that's going to be. He has been here before and I trust him and I was happy to have somebody I knew coming back into my home.
