Was rescheduled 4x times by sears for todays service, with the 4th time them showing up after the alloted window. The technician was also inappropriate in my home. The actual repair seems to be functional despite the experience.

He did his best but couldnt fix it. He is a parts changer. Not much on troubleshooting. He had to call people for help on several occasions. Needs more training.

Only not begrudgingly giving one star because the technician was nice. Serviced on Monday, April 19th 2024. We are renters. We called and scheduled a service for our broken dishwasher to be looked at, per our landlord. It was hard to schedule a service, the first person I spoke to in the phone was pushy with their protection plans for kitchen appliances I told him several times I didn’t want because I don’t own them. Moving on, turns out we needed a part for the dishwasher, making the total for everything ~$450. Our landlord instructed us to pay for it out of our rent, so we did. After sending him the invoice, he was unhappy with the price and told us to call and get a refund. I called and navigated through their impossible automated system until I finally reached a human. She spoke broken English, where I believe the miscommunication happened. I told her I needed to cancel my upcoming service and the part order, and that we needed a refund. She tried to hang up on me and the call was very frustrating. She claimed she canceled it, and gave me an email to request a new invoice. I noticed today that the charge went through instead of being refunded. I called again. MY SERVICE AND THE PART WERENT CANCELED. Now, because the part is in transit, we have to wait for it to arrive and send it back with a tracking number before we can get refunded. I don’t know about you, but I sure don’t “got it like that” and $450 is a lot of money. That’s our rent, and we likely won’t see it back for weeks. I’m incredibly frustrated, and the woman I just spoke to on the phone again, could barely understand me. I hope it actually got canceled this time. I’m livid.

Jeff didn't show up at all. TWICE! Not even ethical. A report and billing was sent to me that my refrigerator was repaired! The company didn't even respond!
